Search your home and eliminate any substances/chemicals that may harm your pregnancy. Cleaning solutions are among the biggest culprits, so make sure to use less harmful alternatives. After having the baby, go ahead and keep them out of the house to have a safer home for the baby.

You can keep wearing your regular pants for a while by simply looping an elastic hair tie through the top button hole then over the top button. If you wear a longer top, nobody will be able to tell that your pants are actually unbuttoned. This makes it so you do not have to buy as many maternity clothes.

Have someone else pump your gas during your pregnancy. Gas fumes are not good for the unborn baby. You might as well just get someone else to do it than risk it.

Don't let the media affect your pregnancy! You have likely seen many pregnant television stars who look like they haven't gained any weight. You should not aspire to be like them. Also remember they have the aid of personal trainers to quickly shed their weight after having the baby.

See your dentist routinely and maintain good oral hygiene during your pregnancy. Pregnancy can make your mouth and immune system vulnerable. Always brush your teeth at least twice per day, and don't forget to floss and use mouthwash. Do not delay in seeing your dentist if you experience any issues.
