Having a child is a great and surprising experience. If this is your first child, having some information on your side will never hurt. Even if this is your second, third, or eighth child, you probably don't know everything about pregnancy. Avoid taking vitamin A when you are pregnant. This vitamin may cause harm to your baby. Do not consume any food that is abundant in vitamin A, such as mozzarella, egg yolks, mangoes and liver. You can have a small amount of these, but avoid eating them daily.

Sleep is so important during pregnancy, but it can also be very hard to get! Sleep is especially a challenge in the third trimester when it can become very uncomfortable. Engaging in exercise can help decrease the number of cramps that occur in your legs. Keep fluids to a minimum before bed to ensure you're not up and down all night.
