Before going to bed, ensure that your legs are completely stretched out. Most every pregnant woman will experience a leg cramp at least one night while pregnant. Stretch before bed and stay hydrated to prevent leg cramps.

If you did not expect to get pregnant, be prepared for some mood swings. If you are not married this is going to be even more of a roller coaster ride. Many people feel they can judge others, but do your best not to let this get to you.
